Psychologist (2–3 Days) | Full Caseload | Flexible Work | No City Commute

Liberating Minds Psychology is a growing private practice providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care to individuals across the local community. We are committed to delivering high-quality clinical services while creating a supportive, flexible, and respectful environment for clinicians.

We are seeking an AHPRA-registered psychologist to join the practice as a contractor for 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to increase days over time.

This role is designed for psychologists wanting to:

• Build or expand a private caseload without the stress of building it from scratch.

• Work with autonomy while still feeling supported

• Join an established practice with consistent referral pathways already in place

• You’ll be stepping into a consistent, established referral base with a full caseload available from day one.

• Located in Seymour, approximately 45 minutes from Craigieburn, this role offers a smooth, traffic-free commute against peak flow.

• Many clinicians find the drive becomes valuable transition time—arriving to work clear-headed rather than drained from stop-start traffic.

• $140–$170+ per session with consistent bookings

• Consistent referrals from established sources (GPs, WorkCover, NDIS, local networks)

• Administrative systems in place (booking, client follow up, intake support)

• Modern consulting space in Seymour

• Flexibility to choose your working days

• Option to grow your caseload at your own pace

• Supportive environment without KPI pressure or micromanagement

• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to a diverse client population

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation

• Work independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards

• Option to engage in peer discussion or case reflection (as desired)

You will be:

• AHPRA-registered psychologist (clinical endorsement desirable but not required)

• Committed to ethical, client-centred care

• Comfortable working independently within a private practice setting

• A strong communicator with good professional boundaries and record-keeping skills
