About the role
Develop, implement and review organisational policies, strategic plans, operational procedures and business objectives.
Provide overall direction and management of the organisation’s day-to-day operations.
Establish performance standards, business objectives and operational targets.
Direct and endorse policies designed to achieve organisational goals and maximise profitability, productivity and efficiency.
Monitor the financial and operational performance of the organisation and implement corrective strategies where required.
Consult with departmental managers and senior staff regarding operations, finance, sales, marketing, staffing, equipment requirements and business performance.
Prepare and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans and management reports.
Review revenue, expenditure, profitability, cash flow and other key financial performance indicators.
