Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of future projects, we're seeking a skilled and qualified Project Manager to join our busy Joinery team in Devonport.

Fairbrother has recently completed a major redevelopment of our Devonport head office and Joinery workshop, creating a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support our people, innovation, and future growth. The redevelopment features a modern Joinery workshop alongside state of the art office facilities, bringing our teams together in a shared, collaborative environment. Designed to enhance both capability and capacity, the new facility provides an outstanding platform for our growing Joinery Division as we continue to deliver award-winning architectural and commercial joinery projects across Tasmania and expand our presence in Victoria. About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a long-term pipeline of commercial joinery projects throughout Tasmania and Victoria. You'll oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a joinery or cabinetmaking trade background, along with at least two years' project management experience in the commercial joinery sector. However, we are also interested in speaking with experienced joiners or cabinetmakers who are ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering high-quality architectural commercial joinery projects.
• The ability to effectively manage complex projects from start to finish.
• A strong understanding of the National Construction Code.
• Competence across the Microsoft Office suite.
• Certificate III in Joinery or Cabinetmaking (desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively within tight deadlines, budgets, and quality parameters.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• An unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
