Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, service requests and correspondence

• Coordinate workflows across tax, business services and advisory projects

• Prepare proposals, scope of work, and client reports

• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to keep projects moving

• Track deadlines, compliance requirements and deliverables

• Support Directors and Advisors with administration and organisation

• Drive adoption and refinement of the firms Refreshed Workflow system

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in professional services (accounting, financial planning or legal)

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and client service focus

• Confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs and practice management systems

• Collaborative, proactive and growth-oriented mindset
