HR Elements
About the role
HR Elements is a Perth-based outsourced HR consultancy, partnering with businesses across Australia to provide expert HR consulting, payroll, compliance, workplace investigations and employee wellbeing support. Some of our clients have no internal HR function at all. Others have a team but need extra capacity and expertise when things get complex. Either way, we work as an extension of their team, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle, from building foundational policies to managing the most complex workplace matters.
About the RoleThis is a role that matters, both to us and to the clients who rely on us. Our clients trust HR Elements with some of the most important and sensitive aspects of running their business, and we're looking for an HR Professional who takes that trust seriously. You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts directly, acting as their dedicated HR contact. Understanding their business, their people and their goals, and providing advice that is practical, compliant and commercially sound.
This is a genuinely client-facing role. You'll build long-term relationships, become a trusted advisor, and represent HR Elements' reputation for being knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with.
