The opportunity
Due to the continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Electrician with experience supervising a workforce of metering technicians (electricians) to join our Skilltech line of business. This role will require you to support the business from a technical perspective ensuring all metering / electrical queries can be responded to in a prompt manner, whilst providing a high level of service to all stakeholders. You will also be expected to perform meter installations when required.

About You

• Current NSW Electrical licence & CPR/LVR
  
• Proven experience within the metering industry, ideally in a supervisory role
  
• Construction White Card and current first aid (preferably)
  
• A meticulous thinker who puts safety first and takes pride in their work
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously
  
• Well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supervising meter technicians across metro NSW
  
• Providing technical support when required
  
• Completing live and post audits of completed work on site or via desktop
  
• Leading and participating in Take 5's and Toolbox's
  
• Buddy training new technicians
  
• Liaising with clients to arrange signoffs
