AA Civil Group Pty Ltd is a civil construction company located in Chipping Norton NSW 2170 and specialised in civil infrastructure, landscaping, and paving works. The company provides site development and construction services for commercial, industrial, residential, and public-sector projects, delivering practical solutions across civil works, external landscaping, pavement construction, and associated infrastructure projects.
  
AA Civil Group Pty Ltd is now looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join their team.
  
The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Prepare sites for landscaping works, including excavation, levelling, soil preparation, and setting out landscape projects.
• Construct and install hard landscaping features such as paving, pathways, retaining walls, edging, fences, and other landscape structures.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers, turf, and other vegetation in accordance with landscape plans and specifications.
• Prepare lawn areas through topsoil placement, seeding, and turf installation, and undertake ongoing lawn maintenance.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including pipes, sprinklers, valves, pumps, and controllers.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, power tools, and machinery, including excavators and compactors, as required.
• Monitor plant health and perform pruning, fertilising, mulching, watering, weed control, and pest management activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements while maintaining clean, safe, and professional work sites.

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Landscape Gardener;
• Strong ability to operate and control landscaping equipment, power tools, and plant machinery, including excavators, compactors, mowers, and brush cutters.
• Strong physical capability to perform manual outdoor work, including lifting, digging, bending, carrying materials, and working on construction and landscaping sites.
• Ability to safely use, inspect, maintain, and perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment, machinery, irrigation systems, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure landscaping, paving, irrigation, and civil works are completed to project specifications and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $79,000 – $84,000 per year
