We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join Fleetwood's Transformation team and play a critical role in shaping how we work today and into the future.
This role will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand, analyse and improve business processes, identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency, and support key business transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organisation and contribute to Fleetwood's strategic objective of creating a more connected, efficient and scalable business.
While strong Business Analysis experience is essential, we're equally looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, commercially minded and confident building relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Lead current-state process mapping activities, documenting workflows, information flows, controls, risks and operational dependencies.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design and documentation of future-state processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Analyse business capabilities, information needs, operating models and interactions between people, processes, data and technology.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured and traceable business requirements.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements documentation, workflows, options assessments, gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Conduct structured options analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across business functions and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Support transformation and delivery activities including requirements validation, testing, implementation readiness and change impact assessments.
About You - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within transformation, business improvement or change environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Strong process mapping and continuous improvement capability.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- High levels of initiative, adaptability and self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how business processes contribute to organisational performance.
- Experience working across organisational transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- 5-7 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience using business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, workshop facilitation, requirements traceability, options analysis and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
