Guest Services Agent

This service role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hotel receptionist or experienced property manager to develop their skills in a new field adding more variety to your day.  7 shifts per fortnight.  One week 3 days (Fri-Sun), other week 4 days (Thu-Sun) plus the option of Public Holidays.

Our team are passionate about both guest service and property management and are building a supportive workplace culture on the foundation of teamwork, regardless of the department or role. 

This role is guest facing at any of 3 hotel receptions in the Townsville CBD, assisting with guest service, day to day hotel operations and minor maintenance.

The successful applicant will have:

• A passion for providing exceptional guest service

• The ability to problem solve and resolve guest requests quickly

• Excellent time management

• Either reception or property management experience.

• Hold a current QLD drivers licence.

• Be able to work a rotational roster including weekends.
