About the project
We are building our team for a major transport infrastructure project in Perth that will help shape the future of Western Australia's road network.

Delivered through an Alliance model, this complex civil infrastructure project includes major road, bridge, drainage, rail interface and traffic management works across a significant transport corridor. Following an initial CBD mobilisation phase, the project will transition to site South of the River.

You will join the project during the early stages of delivery, helping establish the safety systems, culture and relationships that will support successful project outcomes from day one.

About the opportunities
We are building our project team early and are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced health, safety and environment professionals looking to join a major transport infrastructure project in Perth.

We are keen to hear from professionals across multiple levels, including:

• HSE Manager
• Senior HSE Advisor
• HSE Advisor

Whether you are an experienced leader or looking to take the next step in your HSE career, this is an opportunity to contribute from mobilisation and help establish the project's safety culture from the ground up.

Depending on your experience, you will partner with project teams to embed safe work practices, support operational delivery, coach leaders and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement across one of Western Australia's largest infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a proactive safety culture across the project.
• Coach leaders and project teams to achieve positive HSE outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with project, legislative and client requirements.
• Investigate incidents and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, delivery partners and subcontractors.

What will you bring?

• Proven HSE experience on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience across roads, rail, bridges or marine infrastructure is highly regarded.
• Alliance project experience will be highly regarded.
• Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or higher), with relevant HSE certifications.
