About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Mooloolaba area to support three participants to live independently within their shared independent living home.

Duties include but not limited too

• Personal care tasks
• Complex care needs
• Wound care
• Medication administration
• Assistance with Allied health tasks
• Manual handling
• Domestic assistance
• Special meal preparation
• Willing to drive modified vehicle - Essential
• Documentation and reporting
  
  

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory)
• NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
• Paid Working with Childrens check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) (mandatory)

Days/Hours

Shift times available are:

Overnights active awake: 10:00pm - 07:30am
