We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Family Lawyer to join our established Brisbane practice. In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role, providing exceptional legal representation and guidance to clients facing complex family law issues. You will also mentor and motivate our team of family lawyers, fostering a collaborative and successful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of family lawyers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring a high standard of client service.
• Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, child custody and support, and domestic violence.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Negotiate and mediate complex family law issues.
• Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant family law legislation and case law.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and in good standing.
• Demonstrated track record of success in complex family law matters.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate junior lawyers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong understanding of the sensitivities surrounding family law issues.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
