Internal Sales & Service Repair Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales and Service Repair coordinator to join our Kilsyth Melbourne Branch. This is a varied role combining customer service, internal sales and service repair coordination, working closely with customers, technicians, sales and warehouse teams.

Key Duties:

• Manage customer enquiries, orders and service/repair bookings.

• Prepare and follow up sales and service repair quotes

• Coordinate reports for jobs, parts, technicians and customers updates

• Process work orders, invoices, warranty claims and service paperwork

• Support the sales and service teams to deliver a high level of customer service

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service coordination and or administration.

• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• Technical, mechanical, hydraulic or industrial environment experience is highly desirable

• Proactive, reliable and customer-focused and have a positive attitude

• You will be someone who:
