Community Support Partner - Lindfield NSW

About the role:  
Our Community Support Partners lend a hand to Seniors with a warm, person‑centred approach, helping them stay independent in the homes and communities they love. We’re all about dignity, genuine choice, and supporting people to live happier, healthier lives. 
   
Location: Lindfield area   
Classification: Casual   
Rate: SCHADS Award (Home Care) Level 3 and the KMs are reimburse for travel incurred between client homes. 
Availabiity needed: Approx. 3 hours every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for domestic assistance with additional time every fortnight (Friday) for social support between 10am to 1pm. 
  
There will be the ability to pick up additional hours    
  
What your days will look like:  

• Achieve Goals Together: Our clients will have their own individual goals, and you will be able to assist them in achieving those goals. 
• Care with Heart: Whether it is domestic assistance, personal care, transport, social connection, we aim to always do this in a person centred approach. 
• Community Connection: Assist with community participation and foster meaningful social interactions.  
• Stay Informed: Know participants' profiles what they can and cannot do and always being aware of the unknown.   
• Positive Engagement: Interact positively with participants, families, carers, stakeholders, and team members.    

What you need to be able to join us:  

• Experience supporting Seniors in their own home 
• Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license and access to a comprehensive insured motor vehicle.  
• Cert III Individual Support (Ageing)   
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR 
• Ability to travel, Km’s paid on travel between clients.
