Assistant Accountant required at Malaga Head Office

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team in Malaga head office. You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, have great communication skills and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Part time position (3 days a week)

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• General accounting responsibilities

• Month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations

• Looking after Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Preparation of various accounting reports

• Data entry, filing, archiving and document control

• Bank reconciliations

• Assisting in an audit

• Delivery of ad-hoc and general administrative duties when required

• Be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, along with the ability to self-motivate in independent work;

• Be a trustworthy person; and

• Most importantly, a keen and positive attitude.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 

• Experience 2-3 years

• Good problem-solving skills

• Some excel skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
