SENIOR INTERNAL RECRUITER – SYDNEY CBD – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM (JOB ID 1529)

Our client is a well-established professional services firm with a strong national presence and global network. With a collaborative, people-first culture, they are continuing to invest in their internal HR capability and are now seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to support and evolve their recruitment function. 

The Role: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across internal and external hiring  

• Partner with leaders on role scoping, workforce planning and hiring decisions  

• Initially focus on internal talent mobility and resourcing strategies  

• Screen, interview and support selection decisions  

• Coordinate job advertising, candidate management and offers  

• Contribute to onboarding and early employee experience  

• Maintain recruitment reporting and data insights  

• Support broader HR initiatives and projects  

About You: 

• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition  

• Experience within professional services (accounting/advisory highly regarded)  

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes  

• Confident stakeholder manager with a consultative approach  

• Strong communication skills and commercial judgement  

• Proactive, organised and collaborative
