About the role:
The People and Culture team supports the delivery of DSD’s strategic objectives by enabling a capable, healthy and high performing workforce
The HR Coordinator works collaboratively with the People and Culture team and business units across the department to provide confidential, efficient and accurate HR administrative services, guidance and support across a range of human resource functions. The role The HR Coordinator provides advice and information to business units on routine human resource policies, procedures and processes, ensuring advice is accurate, timely and consistent with departmental requirements.
