MOR. Healthcare is currently seeking Nurse Unit Manager in Urology and Plastics to work within a leading private hospital in south east Melbourne.

Role: Nurse Unit Managers (Urology and Plastics Ward)  Full-time

Location:  SE Melbourne, VIC
Salary: Competitive according to award rate

We are currently seeking experienced ANUMs/NUMs who are looking to move up in their careers into a more challenging role. 

Successful candidate will be apart of the Senior Management team.  You will have experience in managing a unit in order to support the DON/ DCS.  The ideal candidate will have come from an ANUM/ NUM/ In-charge role and looking for a challenge to step up.  

You will be responsible in managing a 30 bedded urology and plastics ward.  You will be responsible to set expectations, develop, plan and manage processes to assess, improve and maintain the profession's management, clinical, educational and support activities.

Candidate Specifications:

• AHPRA nursing registration - Division 1
• Bachelors of Nursing degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a nursing management role with urology experience
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Post Grad and Frontline management courses is desirable
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Eligible to work in Australia
