What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of a high-volume retail store

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team

• Drive sales and achieve store targets

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation

• Oversee stock control and inventory management

• Ensure a safe and positive environment for customers and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Retail management experience (Store Manager or similar)

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience working to sales targets and KPIs

• Hands-on approach with a positive, “lead by example” attitude
