CrewSELECT is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters, Concreters and Posi-Track Operators for ongoing work across major Perth civil construction projects, including the Midland Rail Project, Rockingham Naval Base (Garden Island) and Butler.

These are excellent opportunities to secure consistent hours, attractive allowances and the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position with a reputable civil contractor.

What’s on Offer?

• Formworkers & Concreters: $48/hr + penalties and allowances
• Posi-Track Operators: $45/hr + penalties and allowances
• 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
• 50 hours per week guaranteed
• Potential Saturday work available
• Ongoing work across major Perth civil projects
• Opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role
• $19 meal allowance after 1.5 hours overtime
• $21.94 daily travel allowance
• $39.60 weekly tool allowance for Formworkers and Concreters only

Current Projects & Requirements

• Midland Rail Project: Current RIW Card or Rail Industry Clearance preferred. Training assistance may be available for suitable candidates.
• Rockingham Naval Base – Garden Island: A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 30 days is required, or a current DCAC card and clearance.
• Butler Project: Ongoing civil construction opportunities available.

About the Roles

Formwork Carpenters

You will complete structural formwork across retaining walls, columns, stairs and suspended slabs. Duties include setting out, erecting and stripping formwork in line with project plans, quality standards and site safety requirements.

Concreters

You will assist with structural concrete works across civil projects, including preparing pours, placing and finishing concrete, screeding, curing and supporting the wider crew as required.

Posi-Track Operators

This is a hands-on civil role involving safe operation of a Posi-Track machine, along with general site labouring duties when required. You must have proven experience operating a Posi-Track in an active civil construction environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in civil construction
• Current White Card
• Reliable, physically fit and safety-focused
• Able to communicate effectively and follow site instructions
• Own boots, long-sleeve PPE and reliable transport

For Formwork Carpenters:

• Proven structural formwork experience — civil construction experience essential
• Experience with retaining walls, columns, stairs and suspended slabs
• Own battery drill and basic hand tools

For Concreters:

• Proven concreting experience on civil or commercial projects
• Competent in concrete placement, screeding and finishing
• Own basic concreting tools preferred

For Posi-Track Operators:

• Proven experience operating a Posi-Track machine
• Current Skid Steer/Bobcat ticket
• Ability to work safely around live civil work areas and assist with general site duties
• Additional machinery tickets highly regarded
