POSITION DETAILS

• Immediate start
• Casual
• Shifts available between 8.00am and 4:00pm. There are no split shifts and no evening work, however you must be prepared to work weekends and be flexible with your availability

About you:

You must have

• Previous cafe kitchen and food preparation experience, including breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers, and other cafe food
• A culinary Certificate III or IV and Food Safety Certificate and at least one year’s experience in a busy restaurant or cafe will be highly regarded
• Passion about delivering great food and great service to customers
• Attention to detail when plating dishes and adhering to brand standards

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and kitchen equipment
• Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure safe food handling practices
• The ability to work in a team to ensure smooth operations and customer expectations are exceeded
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm
