Leading Hand Moxy/Roller Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a bulk earthworks project in Upper Coomera.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working alongside the crew while helping coordinate day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate will have proven Leading Hand experience on civil projects, along with practical experience operating either a Moxy (Articulated Haul Truck) and/or Roller.

This is a 4-month project with an immediate start, with the potential for further opportunities for the right person.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Leading Hand experience on civil construction projects
• Solid background in bulk earthworks or general civil construction
• Current plant ticket and demonstrated experience operating a Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck and/or Roller
• Ability to lead a small crew and coordinate day-to-day site activities
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and site safety
• Current White Card
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic
• Able to work hands-on and lead by example
