ABOUT THE ROLE

The Village Baxter Manor is a 64-bed facility providing high care and ageing in place accommodation services for our valued residents.

We are seeking to fill various casual shifts (day, afternoon and overnight, including weekends) by adding suitably qualified Personal Care Workers to our dedicated and skilled team of staff. 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for caring individuals with a commitment to excellence and an ability to work both independently and within a supportive team structure. 

Alignment with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values is important to us, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 

Experience in the aged care sector and knowledge of Aged Care Standards is essential. 

Successful applicants will have a minimum of a Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) and will have excellent verbal communication skills. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with good availability to provide leave coverage over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
