Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling qualifications and experience.
• Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, transport, and social/recreational activities
• Develop clients’ living, employment, and life skills through goal-oriented support
• Facilitate community access and group participation
• Promote client independence, choice, and decision-making
• Maintain accurate records using digital systems

Essential Requirements

• Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
• Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting people with disabilities
• Valid: Driver’s Licence + Reliable/Insured Vehicle + Smartphone
• Current Checks: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate
• NDIS Modules: Completed Worker Orientation + Infection Prevention Control training
• Skills: Empathy, adaptability, conflict resolution, and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)
