Key Responsibilities

As an Education Counsellor, your day-to-day will involve:

Guiding international students in selecting courses and institutions across Australian Universities, RTOs, and Colleges
Providing support for course changes (onshore) and admissions (offshore)
Managing CRM entries and maintaining up-to-date client communication
Supporting after-service student engagement for long-term retention
Collaborating on marketing content and participating in promotional activities
Processing offer letters, COEs, and maintaining inquiry and admission records
Assisting registered migration agents with student visa applications

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

1+ year experience in the Overseas Education sector (preferred)
A proactive and energetic attitude with a drive to meet individual targets
Strong knowledge of the Australian international education system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student applications
Experience following up with clients and training organizations to ensure smooth admissions processes
Comfortable using CRMs and staying on top of admin tasks
