Dental Assistant

WESTBROOK FAMILY DENTAL are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, committed person to join our friendly and professional team for a Part Time position for an IMMEDIATE START.

Patient care is a high priority, so you must be friendly, warm and able to engage in conversation. Attention to detail, hardworking, a fast-learner and a positive attitude are other qualities we are looking for in a successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Good communication skills
Surgery preparation
Chair-side assisting dentists in all procedures
Sterilization procedures and adhering to Infection Control Protocols
General daily and weekly tasks
Administration / Reception tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability & punctuality
A polished professional image with high standard of personal grooming

Skills & Experience

Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting (Preferred) OR 1 year experience in the dental industry.
Ability to work on your own at any given time
Excellent communication skills & the ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner
A punctual and reliable work ethic
