NoosaCare, one of the region’s most respected not-for-profit aged care providers, is seeking experienced Personal Carers to join our supportive and dedicated team. We are currently seeking Permanent Part-Time Personal Carers. If you are available to work any of the following shifts, we encourage you to apply:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 6:30am – 2:36pm
• Saturday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 2:30pm – 10:36pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 10:24pm – 6:30am
• Short Shift: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

As a Personal Carer at NoosaCare, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues, becoming an important and trusted presence in the daily lives of those you care for. You will work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

About the role

As part of our dedicated Personal Carers team, you will support residents with their daily care needs, promote independence and dignity, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel respected, valued and well cared for.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

• Be empathetic, reliable and committed to delivering quality care

• Passionate about building strong professional relationships with residents and colleagues

• Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
