The Role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll be a key part of our kitchen team, delivering fresh, beautifully presented meals that keep our members and guests coming back. Reporting to the Café Manager, you’ll:

• Prepare and present high-quality café meals to brand standards
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage prep, stock rotation and portion control
• Support menu execution and seasonal changes
• Work collaboratively with café and front-of-house teams

About You

• Trade qualified
• Highly skilled across breakfast and lunch service
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your section
• Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
• Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
