About The Role

At Vittoria, we are passionate about excellence in coffee equipment service and are seeking skilled Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and knowledge to ensure our equipment operates at the highest standard.

In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee equipment in-house.

• Receive and process returned equipment, refurbishing it to operational standards.

• Manage spare parts inventory: receive, pick, and replenish items to maintain operational efficiency.

• Install, configure, and test equipment according to best practices and manufacturer specifications.

• Provide technical guidance and support to our team members when required.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of repairs, maintenance, and parts usage.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and equipment developments

About You:

• Background in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields (Preferrable).

• Test and tag qualification.

• Proven experience in technical servicing or maintenance—ideally in coffee equipment or similar food service machinery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to new technologies and processes.

• Valid driver’s license.
