About the role
You'll be working across Adelaide carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and diagnosis, installation and commissioning of automated gate and access systems. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop specialist skills in a growing industry.
Key responsibilities
Service and maintenance of automated gates, boom gates, access control systems, and related equipment
Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and control system issues
Installation and commissioning of new automation systems
Preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Programming and setup of automation equipment
Customer support and technical advice on-site
Completion of service reports using job management system
Identifying and quoting additional repair or upgrade opportunities
About you
Current driver's licence
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
Professional communication and customer service skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
Experience with gate automation systems (highly regarded)
Access control, intercom, or security systems experience (highly regarded)
Low-voltage control wiring experience (highly regarded)
Motor control, PLC, or industrial automation experience (highly regarded)
