Customer Service Administrator

BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Customer Service Administrator on a full-time basis working out of the Sydney Branch.

Requirements:

• High level of Customer Service skills

• High level of Data Entry Accuracy

• Excellent presentation and telephone manner

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Intermediate computer skills

• Proven ability to work without supervision, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills and effective management of changing workloads.

• Capability to work in a high paced busy environment.

• Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. 

•  Full training is provided. 

Duties:

• Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.

• Liaising with builders & homeowners with service enquires 

• Assist with document and work flow, to ensure accuracy and efficiency for customers

• Contacting customers for payment including follow up payments.

• Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy.

• Ensure the proper filing of documents.

• Where requested by management, participate in meetings, and take down relevant notes during the process.

• Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
