We are Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the preferred in-house product demonstration service provider for Costco (think-Costco Samples). We create enagaging experiences for members through product sampling, demonstrations and promotions that help drive awareness and sales.

Position Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators) to join our team at Costco Coomera, QLD.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating excitement and brand awareness through product demonstrations and sampling events
• Prepare and present food and non-food vendor products
• Provide product samples and information to Costco members
• Explain product features, benefits, and uses
• Enagage with members ans answer product-related questions
• Encourage product purchases through informative and friendly interactions
• Set up and pack down demonstration areas
• Prepare product samples on scheduled event days
• Maintain a clean, safe, and unprofessional workspace

Skill & Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team environment
• Are confident promoting products and engaging with customers
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Can work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have basic kitchen equipment knowledge including microwaves, ovens, and skillets
• Can stand for the duration of a shift (typically up to 6 hours)

Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, event marketing, or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.

RSA and/or Barista qualifications are advantageous but not required.

What We’re Looking For

• FULL and UNRESTRICTED working rights in Australia (due to the roster requirements and operational needs of this position)
• Regular casual shifts based on business needs
• A rotating roster between 10:00am and 5:00pm
• Weekdays and weekends as required
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
