About the Role

As an Educational, you will work closely with the Centre Director, Assistant Director and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality practice and meaningful outcomes for children.

You will:

• Support the daily management of the service

• Implement curriculum development and educational excellence

• Support continuous improvement across the service

• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community

• Support a culture of collaboration, professionalism and respect

About You

You will hold either:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

You will also bring:

• Experience in early childhood education

• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for quality early childhood education
