• Experience in administration, coordination, operations support, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working independently while managing competing priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and databases.
• A commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• The ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and regions.  

Highly Regarded 

• Experience working within a global or matrix environment.
• Exposure to quality assurance, assessment, compliance, or examiner operations.
• Experience using Power BI, Power Query or VBA.
• Tertiary qualifications.
