  • WHD4 $1,376.70 - $1,404.20 per week (pro rata) 
  • WHD3 $1,307.80 - $1,342.25 per week (pro rata)
  • Plus: 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
• Multiple ongoing part-time positions available - various hours across a 7-day roster

Cowell Multi Purpose Service is looking for caring and dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our team. We have multiple ongoing part-time opportunities available, with a range of hours to suit different lifestyles.

As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide important support to patients and residents across our acute, aged care and community services, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

• Provide person-centred care and support to patients and residents
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, hygiene and meals
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning
• Support patients and families during their healthcare journey
