What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance and productivity targets
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met
• Identify operational issues and drive process and quality improvements
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members
• Collaborate with logistics, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace
