About the role
You'll install and hot-air weld PVC waterproofing membrane across a major government site, working to spec and keeping quality front and centre. Day and night shift crews are available.
Key responsibilities
Install PVC waterproofing membrane to structures including podiums, roofs and below-ground areas
Hot-air weld membrane seams and details to manufacturer specification
Test welds for integrity (e.g. probe/vacuum testing) and rectify any defects
Prep and clean substrates ahead of membrane installation
Read and work from drawings and detail sheets
Follow site safety procedures and keep work areas tidy
About you
Proven experience welding PVC waterproofing membrane on commercial/government construction sites
White Card, plus any relevant tickets (e.g. confined space)
A current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) card is highly desirable
A steady hand, an eye for detail and pride in a clean weld
Reliable, safety-conscious, and happy working as part of a crew

Submersive Solutions is a Victorian waterproofing subcontractor working under the CFMEU Waterproofing Enterprise Agreement. We're growing our team for a major government construction project in Melbourne.
