About the Role

Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a permanent HR Driver to join our team in Altona, VIC. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods to various destinations. 

This role is key to our success as a business as all freight within our network is moved using trucks. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Prestart checks.

• Safely and efficiently operate HR vehicles for freight distribution in the surrounding areas.

• Complete and supply mandatory daily run sheet information in the format required.

• Adhering to the safety and compliance policies, procedures & expectations.

• Ensure correct, secure and safe loading of vehicles.

• Comply with all WHS regulation and legislation.

Key qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in working within a fast paced, high volume transport environment is a must.

• Current HR or HC Licence.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Current driver history report.

• A professional approach and "can-do" attitude.

All candidates will be subject to a Drug and Alcohol testing.

All candidates will need to supply a current Police Check.
