Details: ESS is seeking an innovative and dynamic school leader to join the Evelyn Scott School Leadership Team. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a very strong understanding of Future Focused Learning (FFL) pedagogies, systems and processes critical to the success of the contemporary learning already embedded at Evelyn Scott School. The successful applicant will work closely with the Leadership Team, facilitate CPTs and FFL PLCs and work with the Principal to lead the strategic management of the school.The Strategic Operations Coach works primarily in the Junior Campus but will need to collaborate with the Senior Campus to ensure a connected P-10 whole school approach. The Strategic Operations Coach will build capacity within teams of teachers by delivering high-quality supervision and coaching. The Strategic Operations Coach (Junior Campus) will work directly with the principal and the executive team to lead teams of teachers to embed high-quality contemporary teaching and learning and Future Focused Learning practice. They will also lead the strategic management of the Junior Campus, including the development of release rosters and timetables and daily staff management. The Strategic Operations Coach (Junior Campus) will collaborate with members of the Senior Campus executive team to ensure a connected and collaborative approach to school decisions.

Eligibility/Other requirements: A minimum of 4 years full time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to the award of a recognised school teaching qualification.
