Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver warm, personalised and attentive service to Executive Lounge and VIP guests, anticipating individual needs and creating memorable experiences while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Premium Food & Beverage Service: Deliver superior food and beverage service in accordance with the highest standards of presentation, service etiquette and attention to detail. Ensure food and beverage offerings are presented, replenished and served to consistently high standards.
• VIP Services & Personalisation: Recognise VIP and returning guests, understand their preferences and assist with special requests to provide a personalised and elevated guest experience.
• Executive Lounge Presentation & Readiness: Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and overall ambience of the Executive Lounge, ensuring the space, food displays and service areas are consistently guest-ready and aligned with hotel standards.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other hotel departments, effectively communicating guest preferences, requests and feedback to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Respond to guest concerns promptly, professionally and with discretion. Anticipate potential service issues and take appropriate action to minimise disruptions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Guest Engagement & Hotel Knowledge: Build genuine connections with guests and confidently share information about hotel facilities, dining options, services and local attractions, providing personalised recommendations based on individual guest interests.
• Guest Profiles & Administration: Accurately update guest profiles, preferences and relevant service information, and assist with daily reporting to support personalised service and effective communication between teams.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
• Previous experience in luxury guest relations, executive floor, concierge, or VIP services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest-centric approach.
• Skilled in handling high-profile guests with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
