We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our high performing Service Team in Gold Coast, QLD. No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE’s elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing?

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing on Elevators and Escalators.

• Attend to breakdowns.

• Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards

• Working to actively maintain customer relationships

What are we looking for?

• Lift industry experience preferred but not essential

• Electrical license required

• ACMA Cabling Registration is advantageous

• Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations

• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality

• A customer service mindset

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
