Experienced Part-time Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionists to join Rise Medical Centre Officer.

The role includes a roster of early morning, afternoon and weekend shifts with opportunities to grow and expand as the business does.

Duties will include:

- Patient services including booking appointments, greeting patients both face to face and over the phone

-Data Entry

- Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to

- Ensure the safe keep of information displayed for patient use and update it regularly

- Ensure the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Ensure all task are actioned smoothly and efficiently

- Ensure that the premises are kept tidy and clean at all times. Ensure the maintenance of the reception/admin office, waiting room, staff area, and treatment room

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

- Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel

- Provide support, mostly administrative to other members of staff according to the directives of the manager

- Applicant with experience with Best Practice, Work Cover and Medicare billings favorable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Officer VIC 3809: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
