Due to an internal promotion we are now looking for a Customer Liaison Officer who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service from start to finish.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer direct role where you’ll be the key point of contact for customers before, during, and after their pool installation. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, trades, and suppliers to ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the journey.

Location: Forrestdale Head Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email

• Proactively updating customers on progress, timelines, and next steps

• Coordinating with our scheduling team

• Maintaining accurate customer records and job progress information

• Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving

• Identifying and solving problems before they impact the customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service–focused role (essential)

• Pool industry experience is highly regarded but not required

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain processes clearly

• Comfortable handling phone-based conversations with customers and stakeholders

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
