We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven Venue Leader to help us bring the good vibes, every day to our Surfers venue!
As a leader at Yo-Chi, you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers leave smiling, and our team stays energised and motivated. Whether you're leading the charge or supporting your Area Leader, your role is all about creating a positive, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
• Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and stock management.
• Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
• Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
• Take ownership of venue P&L.

  Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience!).
• People-focused and team-oriented leader who loves building great teams and creating a welcoming vibe.
• A problem-solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
• Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
