About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and care

• Manage your section and maintain high kitchen standards

• Assist with stock control and minimise wastage

• Support and mentor junior chefs and apprentices

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

• A passion for great food and hospitality

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
