The opportunity

Join a small, collaborative advanced-manufacturing business and help keep precision components and electronic assemblies moving safely and accurately from receiving through to production and dispatch.

What you’ll do

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities and documentation, and record transactions in the ERP/MRP system.

• Store and protect precision-machined, electro-optical and electronic components while maintaining full traceability.

• Pick and prepare production kits against bills of material, work orders and current revisions.

• Process issues, returns, transfers, subcontract movements, stock counts and dispatches accurately.

• Maintain orderly, safe and audit-ready stores, including ESD, moisture, shelf-life and quarantine controls.

• Identify shortages, discrepancies and improvement opportunities, and communicate them early.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in stores, material handling, inventory control or manufacturing support.

• Strong attention to detail with small parts, part numbers, quantities and records.

• Ability to read purchase orders, pick lists, work orders and bills of material.

• Confidence using inventory or ERP/MRP systems and standard office software.

• A practical, safety-focused approach and the ability to manage changing priorities.

• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

Desirable

Experience in electronics, defence, aerospace, medical devices, photonics or another regulated manufacturing environment; knowledge of ESD, moisture-sensitive devices, lot or serial control; relevant forklift, dangerous-goods, quality or inventory training.

Applicants must have full, permanent work rights in Australia. Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is applicable to this role. Applicants must be able to obtain National Police and other related security clearances that apply to the role.
