Join our team as a Dispute Resolution Officer
Are you experienced in interpreting and applying legislation, policies, guidelines and governance frameworks? Do you enjoy researching, analysing and investigating complex matters to support fair, transparent and accountable decision-making?
Redland City Council is seeking a Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Governance and Legal Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting good governance, accountability, and customer-focused outcomes through the management of administrative review complaints, dispute resolution matters, stakeholder enquiries, and legislative compliance activities.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will investigate complex matters, analyse information, provide specialist advice, and coordinate responses in accordance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.
