Customer Service Officer

We are searching for an experienced and customer focused professional to start as a Customer Service Officer with our client in Mackay. This role will suit candidates with a high attention to detail, who are customer focused and efficient at delivering a high quality service.

Dayshift at $43.12ph plus penalties for OT

Role Description

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Provide customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
• Liaise with colleagues to deliver orders and stock information efficiently
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Take all incoming customer enquiries and refer them to other departments if required (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
• General data entry duties

About you

• Customer focused
• High attention to detail
• Experience handling customer enquiries both via phone and email
• Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Experience with order entry and quoting
• Ability to Multitask
