What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

As our Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers—responding to enquiries, processing orders accurately and supporting the wider sales team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience.

• Build trusted customer relationships through clear, responsive communication.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry, or a background in electrical trades or stores with a strong desire to transition into wholesale sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude

• Ability to work well within a team
