The Role
Lead TasWater’s cyber security function and play a key role in protecting critical services, systems, and information. Working across security operations, engineering, risk management, and strategic uplift programs, you will drive a proactive security culture while leading a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape cyber security capability, strengthen resilience, and ensure security practices support business outcomes across a complex and essential service environment.

We're looking for an experienced cyber security leader who can balance strategy, risk, and operational delivery in a complex environment. You'll bring strong expertise in cyber security operations and uplift programs, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about protecting critical services, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement in cyber resilience.

The Details
This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of $157,359 - $174,843 (inclusive of superannuation)
